1. Operator and scope
EZ Biz Funds™ and EZBizFunds.com are operated by Title IQ Analytics LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (the Company). References to EZ Biz Funds mean the Company operating this brand, not a separate legal entity. These terms address the public website and related informational services. Separate signed brokerage, platform, privacy, financing and other transaction agreements govern their respective services. These terms do not override mandatory law or a transaction-specific agreement.
2. Independent broker; not a lender
The Company provides business-financing introductions and brokerage assistance. It is not a bank, credit union, direct lender, loan guarantor or government agency. Third-party financing providers independently determine eligibility, underwriting, pricing, fees, collateral, guarantees, approval, funding and servicing. A website visit, inquiry, referral or preliminary assessment is not a commitment to lend. The Company cannot bind a third party to approve, fund or change an offer.
The Company may introduce applicants to participating financing providers and submit applications when the provider relationship and applicable law permit. Providers supply the financing; the Company does not lend its own funds or accept deposits. A referral relationship or use of third-party technology does not, by itself, establish that a third party licenses, insures, guarantees or assumes the Company’s obligations. Any authority to act for a provider must arise from a separate agreement and applicable law; use of a platform alone does not permit the Company to pledge a provider’s credit or bind that provider.
3. Business purpose and authorized activity

Products and services requiring a separate license or authorization, including consumer or residential-mortgage services, are not offered by the Company merely because an external platform displays them. 5. Fees, compensation and conflicts

Any fee payable by an applicant must be separately disclosed and agreed to as required by law; using this website alone does not create an applicant fee obligation. The Company will not solicit or collect advance brokerage fees where prohibited. Transaction-specific compensation and financing disclosures required by law are additional to these website notices.
6. Applicant accuracy and informed decisions
You are responsible for accurate, complete information and authority to provide it. Do not impersonate another person, misstate revenue, conceal existing obligations or submit information without permission. Review the actual provider agreement, total financing cost, payment schedule, fees, prepayment rules, security interests, personal guarantees, default provisions and credit authorizations before accepting financing. 7. Third-party technology and financing
LendTrack provides the embedded or externally hosted application technology. Its services and the services of lenders and other third parties have separate terms and privacy notices. The Company does not control their websites, systems or independent decisions. To the extent allowed by law, the Company is not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, outages or contractual performance. This does not exclude the Company’s responsibility for its own conduct or duties imposed by law. Third-party branding is not a guarantee or government endorsement.
A provider’s separate terms may impose obligations on the Company. These website terms do not amend, waive or expand those third-party contracts. Responsibility for information the Company submits, authorizations it obtains and its own conduct remains governed by applicable law and the relevant agreements.
8. Advice and representations
General website content is not legal, tax, investment or individualized financial advice. A website visit or inquiry alone does not create a fiduciary relationship; any duties arising by law or a separate agreement remain applicable. Statements by staff, referral partners or technology tools cannot modify a lender’s written offer or bind a lender. 11. Website warranty limitations
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, the public informational website is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without an assurance that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular financing purpose. The Company disclaims implied warranties only to the extent the law allows. Information can become outdated; verify material details against current written provider documents. This section does not disclaim express obligations in a separate agreement or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Liability limitations and protected rights
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its members, managers, employees and authorized representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, business opportunities or data, arising from use of this public informational website. Liability relating solely to access to this website, where a lawful and enforceable agreement permits limitation, is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount paid directly to the Company for website access during the preceding 12 months. This website-access limit does not determine remedies under a separate brokerage or financing agreement. No limitation excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or any duty, remedy or right that applicable law does not permit to be limited. If a restriction is unlawful, the lawful rule applies.
13. Indemnity for unlawful conduct and false information
To the extent permitted by law and supported by an enforceable agreement, you agree to indemnify the Company and its members, managers, employees and authorized representatives for reasonable third-party claims, losses and defense costs caused by your material misrepresentations, unauthorized submissions, infringement, unlawful use or material breach of these terms. This obligation does not cover losses attributable to the Company’s fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or other responsibility that cannot lawfully be shifted. The Company will provide reasonably prompt notice and cooperation and retain reasonable control over its defense. 14. Governing law and disputes
